Education Background :
I am the Head of Department for Administration and Marketing at Globalink Training Sdn Bhd. I am a graduate from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and holding a Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors), majoring in Finance. I have nine years of working experience as Purchasing Executive in several companies such as Dell Global Business Centre, Sidel Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Paragon Converters (M) Sdn Bhd and TRP Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd. 

Duties & Responsibilities

In Globalink Training, I have obtained knowledge in administrative and marketing roles which is more challenging. I am responsible for all the administrative & marketing processes within the office to enable the smooth and effective running of the office on daily basis and make sure all the information and documentation is filed accordingly. Also, I will attend customers, phone calls and messages in professional manner to maintain good customer relations. Apart from that, I will perform wage related tasks such as checking attendance and perform leave management. I will check expenses of company’s purchases, collect and follow up payments. I have involved in organizing marketing events, coordinate and communicate activities for the office. Also, I will assist in recruiting new staff (HR) and staff management.

Competencies & skills

I have excellent work ethic and competency in Microsoft Office Programs. I am also a good team player, self-drive, motivated and result oriented person. I am willing to face new challenges, able to handle stress very well and willing to be accountable all the time.

Achievement

I have been successfully part of organizing committee for school sports day, seminars, booth set up at AEON BIG, Talent Cup semi-finals and Finals, School concert and school field trips 2016.

Goals

In my current position, I would like contribute to have a smooth administrative process and effective marketing skills in future in order to achieve company’s goal and vision.
