Meet Our Founder
Globalink Training is led by R. Vanisri Saravanan, an education entrepreneur, researcher, and human development specialist with more than 23 years of experience in education, training, and child development.
Her professional journey spans early childhood education, special needs intervention, teacher training, leadership development, and higher education. She has served as a university lecturer, subject matter expert, and programme developer, contributing to both academic and professional training environments.
As the founder of the Globalink Education System, Vanisri has dedicated her career to building programmes that combine education, neuroscience, intervention, leadership, and human development to create meaningful transformation for individuals, families, and organisations.
Her training programmes are known for being practical, structured, and transformation-focused, helping participants translate knowledge into real-world impact.
